‘General Hospital’ weekly recap – Week of 5/13-5/17

In the hotel lobby, Tracy was upset to hear The Chew hosts thought she “chickened out” of the relish taste-off. She then grabbed by one of Nikolas' goons again and managed to escape.

At The Chew studios Nikolas told to AJ that Tracy wouldn’t be showing up. AJ missed his first introduction to come onstage and was interrupted by the producer, who told him to haul in on stage. Once AJ went on stage, the hosts talked about the first time they had each tried Pickle-Lila and ask AJ if it was the original recipe. AJ stammered a bit until he decided to tell the truth about the new improved recipe. Meanwhile, backstage, in the greenroom, Elizabeth told Nikolas to stop gloating over AJ’s blubbering. Nikolas then got a call that Tracy had escaped. He tried to stop her when she arrived but she overtook him and rushed onstage producing Pickle-Eddie, “The Daddy Of All Relishes.” Then, the taste-off began. Backstage, Nikolas’ gunshot reopened so he crawled to the greenroom and refused relish samples of which Elizabeth happily partook. Onstage, Chef Mario Batali was about to announce the taste-off winner when he vomited. It wasn’t long before all hosts onstage started to vomit along with Elizabeth backstage. Nearby, an unknown man (who looked oddly familiar, it’s Roger Howarth) snuck into the greenroom after Nikolas ran out after Elizabeth.

Sabrina asked Britt if she was feeling better as she walked by the nurses' station. Nurse Brad flirted with Felix while giving him test results. Felix was suspicious when Brad followed Britt and told Sabrina of his suspicions that they were working together but she wasn't convinced that Brad would help Britt. In an exam room, Britt was happy that Brad had her covered. Meanwhile, Felix and Sabrina approached outside. Felix reminded Sabrina of their plan to find out if Brad and Britt were cohorts. Then, Sabrina entered the exam room requesting Britt’s help with an urgent matter. They walked off and Felix cornered Brad. Brad was excited and before Felix could close the blinds Brad was in his underwear. Felix told Brad he was surprised he was gay since he seemed interested in Britt. Brad told him she wasn’t his type and promised to give up Britt if Felix gave it up, so to speak.

Emma asked Patrick if there was a reason she was getting a treat at Kelly's. He explained about Britt having a baby after all and that she was going to get a brother or sister. Emma wasn't happy and said a curse work. Patrick reprimanded her, told her to ever say the word again and then made her understand his responsibility to both her and to the new baby. Then, she asked him to have a baby with someone she liked the next time. Later, Patrick figured she heard Felix say the word and promised to kill him.

At GH, Sabrina apologized to Britt who didn’t buy her sudden 180. Then, Patrick arrived and shared the discussion he had with Emma. Britt then explained that her condition had deteriorated and she needed bed rest. Sabrina excused herself to thank Felix for what he tried to do for her but understood when he said couldn't go through with it. Meanwhile, Britt told Patrick she was losing her apartment. When Sabrina returned she learned that Patrick and Britt had settled on her moving into Patrick's place.

At Crimson, Olivia and Connie were interrupted by men from the gambling ring Morgan owed money to. The leader of the trio threatened them when they denied receiving info from Johnny. They said they wanted to send a message to Sonny, since they knew Morgan was his son and start vandalizing Crimson.

Michael found Morgan beaten up at Ava's. Morgan said he ran into a door. Michael wasn't amused and thought he should take his situation more seriously. Morgan said he had until that evening to come up with the money. He then begged Michael to ignore a call from Carly. Michael then took Morgan to the hospital.

Sonny and Shawn arrived at Carly's to get more info from Sam. They told Sonny and Shawn that they tried to reach Michael and Morgan with no luck. Then, Sonny got a text from Olivia, "Connie, office, help!"

Michael saw a television in the hospital’s ER when said says there would be no Pickle-Lila without his son. Michael was moved and then called a worried Carly to come to the hospital but when he went into an exam area he found someone else being treated. The nurse told him Morgan had signed himself out. Then, Sam and Carly arrived and searched the hospital. Then, Sam bumped into someone who looks like Caleb/Stephen Clay.

Back at Ava's, Michael beat on the door until a young woman answered, (who looked very familiar, it was Kristen Alderson aka ex-Starr Manning.)

Sonny and Shawn arrived at Crimson and overheard Olivia being asked to write a note. "Dear Sonny, if you get in our way, your kid will end up like Connie and me." The man then reminded Olivia she was a psychic and should have seen this coming. Olivia saw Sonny and Shawn in the hall, then grabbed her head and predicted seeing the man with a bullet through his head. Then, Sonny rushed in and shot him in the leg. Shawn took the other two men away as Sonny threatened the injured man for information on Morgan’s location.

At Kelly's, TJ told Felix his relationship woes specifically about Molly dumping him right before prom after kissing Rafe Jr. Felix believed TJ still has a chance but advised him to tone down the jealously or he'd push Molly right into Rafe Jr's arms.

At Alexis’ house, Rafe Jr. asked Molly if everything was okay as she took care of Danny. He said he was sorry he kissed her and ruined things but then confessed that he loved her. She reminded about TJ being her boyfriend and he hoped they could at least be friends. Molly then told Rafe Jr. that she worried she’d lost TJ but Rafe Jr. encouraged her to give TJ another chance. They hugged as friends as TJ arrived.

At The Chew studios, Chef Mario Batali was ready to read the winner of the pickle war when everyone who sampled the relishes gets sick. Meanwhile, AJ and Tracy bickered onstage blaming each other. Backstage, an unknown man went into the empty greenroom as Mario walked toward the camera asking, "Who's responsible?" The man replied to the monitor, "Who indeed?" Then, the producer came in and accepted paper towels from him. The man said he forgot his pass but didn’t share his name. On TV Tracy told viewers how AJ cut costs after Mario blamed them for bringing their evil relish to the show. In the hall backstage, AJ found Nikolas holding Elizabeth’s head over a bucket. After cleaning relish off of Mario's shoe, Tracy talked to her father as the unknown man watched the camera. She asked Edward’s spirit, "How could this happen?" She then brought the Mario’s shoe backstage but couldn’t find Mario. The unknown man hid behind the door as Tracy searched for Mario.

In the NY hospital, Sam freaked when she thought she saw Caleb/Stephen Clay. The man, who turned out to be a doctor, told a nurse he’d take care of Sam. Sam identified him as the serial killer who kidnapped her and her son. He held up his hands to show he had no rings then left her to go to the ER. Then, Sam called Molly to check on Danny and Rafe Jr. then decided to call the police. The doctor returned and decided to save her time by announcing, "I'm not Stephen Clay, he's my brother."

In another hospital hallway, Carly told a doctor she was looking for her sons. The doctor remembered them, especially Morgan, who he called “the smart mouth younger one.” She recalled Michael went after Morgan. Then, the ER started to get busy with sick people from The Chew. Then, while AJ looked for a doctor for Elizabeth, he bumped into Carly. She told him she was looking for Michael. AJ thought everything would be okay but Carly knew Michael would risk his life to save his brother. She convinced AJ of the severity of the situation and tried both tried to call Michael again. In an exam area a doctor told Nikolas that Elizabeth would wake up soon. Then, Tracy arrived looking for Mario. She overheard AJ arguing with Carly about how great his relationship with Elizabeth was going and how guilty he felt that he slept with her behind Elizabeth's back. Tracy smiled and recorded AJ’s confession on her cell phone.

Michael beat down on Ava's door looking for Morgan. The girl who answered was belligerent and tried to stop Michael as he pushed past her. Then, Morgan appeared and introduced Michael to his girlfriend. Michael was surprised that she was Jerome Around The World. She replied, "My friends call me Kiki," then her and Morgan started kissing. Michael got inpatient and broke up their kissing and told Morgan he was certain she was playing him. Michael wasn’t surprised that Kiki’s solution to get the money Morgan needed to pay off his debt was to hold a high-stakes poker game. Michael took Morgan outside and tried to dissuade him from playing and call Sonny. Then, they overheard Kiki telling the players what a loser Morgan was. Morgan explained to Michael that Kiki was setting the guys up, not the other way around. Inside, Kiki ignored Carly's call on Michael's phone. Michael and Morgan came inside and Morgan got ready to play. Morgan then broke the news to Kiki that Michael told Carly where he was. She asked how long before she got there. Then, Michael confessed that he gave her the hospital’s address. Kiki then told Morgan to step up his game so he wasn’t bluffed by the four kids at the poker table like he was just bluffed by his brother.

After boarding a plane, Shawn told Sonny he'd help him find Morgan even if he didn't work for him. Sonny worried about Morgan and him becoming a gambling addict like Sonny’s father. Sonny swore he’d save Morgan from a similar fate.

Back at The Chew studios, the unknown man watched the other three hosts on the monitor in the greenroom. They were confused since the relish tasted fine. They wondered if someone tried to poison them, and if so, who. Then, the unknown man made a call and said, "I'm done here, I'm ready to go... Well, Port Charles of course."

Outside Alexis’ house, TJ arrived just as Molly and Rafe Jr. were hugging as friends. He said he came to apologize but now thought he was right the whole time about everything even though Rafe Jr. assured him they were just friends but TJ didn’t believe it. Then, Molly, who was now furious, told TJ that she and Rafe Jr. were hugging because they were going to the prom together. TJ thought she was just trying to get back at him and stomped off. After, Molly and Rafe Jr. decided to go to prom together anyway, as friends.

Olivia and Connie dug into some pizza at Crimson. They taunted the hit man with it, whom they had tied up while Sonny went to check on the address he gave Sonny to find Morgan. Sonny called them right before he busted in, but the place was empty. Olivia then pulled a gun on the hit man but he didn’t believe she would shoot him. Then, she joked that he’d hit something, even if it wasn’t his knee. He then broke down and gave Sonny the address to Ava’s place. Later, Olivia and Connie reminisced over pizza. Connie told her that this latest incident showed how she keeps getting dragged back into Sonny’s life no matter how hard she tried not to.

At the New York hospital, Sam threatened to call the cops on the doctor. He explains he wasn’t Stephen Clay/Caleb, but his older brother, Dr. Silas Clay. He was unaware that his brother was a serial killer and admitted that they hadn’t spoken in 10 years. Sam explains how Stephen Clay/Caleb snapped after his wife died and he how thought he was immortal. She was surprised that the hospital never contacted Silas. Silas then apologized for any inconvenience Stephen Clay/Caleb had caused and tried to excuse himself. Mad, Sam stopped him, told him he had a nephew, that Stephen Clay/Caleb killed his mother right in front of him and now Rafe Jr. lived with her. They bicker for a bit and he smiled. He told her that he could tell Rafe Jr. was in good hands and excused himself. Later, she found Silas again and asked him what is wrong with him for not showing any emotion after all she told him about his brother. He told her that he wouldn’t do penance for his brother’s sins and that what his brother did had nothing to do with him.

Meanwhile, Tracy recorded AJ’s confession that he slept with Carly behind Elizabeth’s back on her phone. When she confronted him with the info, he told her that she needed to get her hearing checked. Tracy then said she didn’t know who would sleep with either of them, but she heard what she heard and now she had to decide how she wanted to use this juicy tidbit. AJ then accused Tracy’s relish of making everyone sick, but she said she was sure it was his. In fact, if AJ didn’t tell Mario Batali it was his relish that made everyone sick, Tracy would tell Elizabeth what she heard. AJ told her to go for it. She gladly left to call his bluff. Carly and AJ fought about stopping her after she walked off. AJ said he couldn’t stop her or he would open ELQ up to numerous lawsuits. Then, Sonny called and told her he was on his way to get Michael and Morgan.

In her hospital room, Elizabeth awoke to Nikolas at her bedside. She thanked him for doing the right thing with Tracy, but she said she was still with AJ. Nikolas told her he was convinced that in the end AJ would hurt her. She thought he was wrong. Then, Tracy walked in and told Elizabeth that AJ already had hurt her. AJ arrived in the nick of time and told them it was his relish that made everyone sick. Elizabeth wondered why no one got sick before now and AJ blamed it on the preservation process. Tracy commented how noble he was. Then, she gave him Mario’s shoe to return when AJ admitted his relish made everyone sick.

At Ava’s place, Kiki called the start of the poker game. Michael loomed over Morgan as he won the hand, but another player stopped Morgan from collecting the chips and accused him and Kiki of cheating. Things got out of hand and Michael exposed Kiki and Morgan’s scheme. The guys left and Morgan wondered how they were going to pay back the thugs now. Then, the goons from before suddenly bust in and Michael tried to reason with them but they turned to Kiki and Morgan and Michael jumped then. Soon, Shawn and Sonny showed up. Sonny paid Morgan’s the debt and warned the men that if they ever come after his family again, they would be dead. After they left, Sonny wanted to take Morgan back to Port Charles. He then asked Kiki about her name and she told him Kiki was short for Katherine. He wanted to know if she was part of the Jerome mob family. She was evasive and said she wasn’t. He refused to let Morgan see her again and demanded he leave with him. Morgan then kissed Kiki goodbye.

At Wyndemere, Nikolas left Elizabeth a message checking up on her health. Then, Laura arrived extending an invitation to her wedding. Nikolas admitted talking to Scott when he was in the hospital, how he stayed with him but then asked if Laura was sure she wanted to marry Scott after all he did to Lulu. Laura reminded Nikolas that Lulu and Scott had put what happened behind them and it was unfair to keep Scott waiting after saying goodbye to Luke. Nikolas inquires what saying goodbye to Luke meant. She then confessed that the feelings for him weren't there anymore. Nikolas then gave Laura his blessings as long as Scott could make her happy and suggested they change the wedding venue from the courthouse to Wyndemere. They we’re disappointed Lucky wouldn’t be there but would get what family together they could. Later, Lesley came in with Spencer and asked for a hug from her daughter. Once alone, Lesley was relieved Lulu had been found but Laura admitted that everything didn’t turn out okay. Lesley believed Lulu and Laura would heal and create new memories. Then, Spencer ran in to announce there was going to be a wedding. Lesley thought Nikolas was getting married. She was surprised when Laura revealed she was marrying Scott.

At The Floating Rib, Scott interrupted Lucy in her job search. He told her that requires needed her to visit the court house to prepare for his wedding this afternoon. Lucy was happy Laura finally came to her senses but Scott was worried that Luke would sabotage it. Lucy reminded him, "Laura chose you." She hugged him just as Kevin walked in. He added sarcasm and pessimism to the conversation about Scott’s impending wedding. Scott then told Lucy to get Mayor Lomax while he went to ensure this wedding went off without a hitch.

Dante searched The Haunted Star to see if anyone was on board. Luke appeared and asked Dante not to shoot in a pirate voice. Dante thought Luke was going to sink the boat but Luke said couldn't part with it and since Helena was dead, he decided to keep it. Then, they discussed Lulu over coffee. Luke came up with a plan for Dante to distract Lulu with a ploy to file the paperwork to reclaim The Haunted Star. After Dante left, Scott found Luke alone and demanded that he not try to stop his wedding to Laura again. Luke shared that he gave Laura has his blessing. Then, Scott gloated about how happy they'll be unlike Luke who will probably end up alone.

Scott interrupted Lesley and Laura at Wyndemere as Lesley told Laura she would let her marry Scott over her dead body. Scott wanted to know when things went south for them since they used to be so close. Lesley screamed, "When you killed my husband!" Laura told Lesley that the past was all a misunderstanding while Scott said he was only protecting the woman he loved when he killed Rick.

Lulu woke up at Milo's screaming, "Let me go." When he ran in the room to see if she was okay, she told him she thought she was dreaming about Stavros. Milo comforted her. She struggled with not knowing if it was a dream or a memory of being bound and dragged around The Haunted Star. She then told Milo she was happy to have him as a friend, and Milo was happy to be one for her. He was about to kiss her when there was a knock at the door. Dante entered promising his visit was official business and offered to take Lulu to attend to her boat. She agreed. While she got ready Dante told Milo to think about what happens when Lulu remembers and asked him not to take advantage of her.

Dante showed Lulu the damages on The Haunted Star. He started with a bullet in a wall and shared the story of how it got there while he was trying to save her life. Then, Dante confessed that it wasn't his most memorable moment on the boat. She then allowed him to share what the moment was. Dante reminded her that it was where they had first kissed. He then told her how hard it was to get that first kiss and she reminded him of the irony of him trying again. He said he had no problem being persistent as she wondered at his success rate with his cheesy pickup lines. She asked him, "So, what happened?"

Alone at The Floating Rib, Kevin and Lucy's lock lips after a long time apart. After, Lucy wanted Kevin's mystery patient to find a more geographically appropriate psychiatrist as she dug for more information on the patient’s identity. Meanwhile, Luke sat down at the bar and toasted to Scott and Laura Baldwin and moving on.
In flight, the unknown man from The Chew greenroom smiled reading an article on his tablet titled “Hellish Relish.” A black man disturbed him by asking him if he saw that episode. The black man wondered how ELQ could have let this happen. The unknown man suggested that someone sabotaged the relishes on purpose to hurt ELQ and make it ripe for sale. The black man realized he recognized the unknown man and thought he was famous. In response, the unknown man feigned modesty. When asked if he was in Port Charles for business or pleasure, the unknown man replied that he was there for a little bit of both.

Luke asked Mac for another drink at The Floating Rib. Mac refused and reminded Luke about the intervention and suffering the loss of Jake. He then asked Luke why he would go through all the trouble of renaming the bar when he would just come back to take a drink. Luke pondered the same and planned to get a drink somewhere else. He then suggested to Felicia that she must really miss Frisco as he left. Mac then told her about his exchange with Luke. Felicia reminded Mac that no one could ever get Luke to do something he didn't want to do. Then, the discussion turned to Maxie's plans for their wedding. Mac was hesitant to discuss them. Felicia wondered if he wanted a small wedding. Mac said he thought about having no wedding at all and called the whole thing superficial. Felicia was snacking from a bowl when she found an engagement ring. Mac then got down on his knee and proposed. He was trying to fool her, hahaha! She teased him with a no and then said yes. Then, they kissed.

At the Quartermaine's, AJ talked to Elizabeth on the phone. She told AJ to stop worrying and questioned if it really was his relish that made her sick. Then, Tracy grabbed the phone wanting to tell Elizabeth something. AJ intercepted her and promises Elizabeth that he’d o call later. Once he hung up, Tracy admitted that she was going to share what happened between him and Carly with Elizabeth since he didn't take full responsibility for the relish war debacle. She then flashed the “Hellish Relish” article in his face and advised him to distribute a press release. AJ then decided to tell Elizabeth the truth about what happened between him and Carly and left. Alone, Tracy heard someone enter. She asked AJ how his admission of guilt went but it was Luke. She asks why he was in such a foul mood as he downed a drink. He blamed Mac and couldn’t believe he refused to serve him. Tracy understood why Luke was refused. He wondered why she was siding with Mac and she told him it was because she cared and that she didn’t want to lose him. Luke said, "Likewise." Then, they kissed

At Elizabeth's house, Nikolas and Spencer brought her flowers. Then, Nikolas invited her to Laura's wedding. She wondered who was inviting her. Nikolas said he wanted people who loved Laura there. Then, AJ dropped in and asked why Nikolas was there. Elizabeth explained and accepted the invitation and asks if she could bring a date. She proceeded to invite AJ who accepted. Alone Elizabeth told AJ that she was feeling pressured by Nikolas and was thankful AJ came by when he did. He was ready to tell her the truth about what happened between him and Carly when the kids came downstairs.

On The Haunted Star, Lulu asked Dante what happened before their first kiss. He remembered she protested but he wouldn't shut up and she kissed him first. He wanted Lulu to shut him up now. Lulu then told Dante that she understood why Dante brought her there. They were about to kiss when Lulu had a flashback of being dragged aboard The Haunted Star. Then, her phone rang. It was Laura inviting her to the wedding at Wyndemere even if she couldn’t remember anyone. Lulu was surprised that her brother lived in a castle on an island. Dante pointed out Spoon Island and offered to get her there.

Scott waited for Lesley's blessing at Wyndemere. She hesitated until Laura reminded her that Scott was the same man who always promised to take care of her. Then, Lesley decided to give her blessing. Scott then called Lucy to get the mayor to the new wedding venue. When Nikolas came home, Scott asked if he rounded up more family. Nikolas admitted that he had, but Elizabeth was bringing someone as her date, so she wouldn’t be his. Later, Elizabeth arrived with AJ and the kids. Scott asked if Laura was ready to get married as Lulu and Dante arrived. Then, she told Scott she was ready. Cameron rushed over to hug Lulu, she realized this was her family and she wasn't sure she could do this. Dante promised to stay with her for the duration. Then, Lesley introduced herself and Lulu apologized for saying, "Nice to meet you." Then, Lulu asked Dante if it was weird that she didn’t like Scott. Dante replied that it would be weird if she did. Nearby, Scott told Laura they might not be getting married after all.
