Bruce Willis has purchased a home in the same Manhattan apartment building as ex-wife Demi Moore. The Die Hard actor and his ex have a famously friendly relationship since their divorce in 1998.
Willis and his wife, Emma Heming, bought an $8.8 million home in the San Remo building that Moore has been living in for years.
“Bruce and his wife, Emma, just moved in,” a source told In Touch Weekly. “She actually encouraged Bruce to buy the home. [Demi] is really happy. They both love their kids, and living in the same building will give them a lot of privacy.”
Moore married Ashton Kutcher in 2005, who is now dating Mila Kunis, but they called it quits in 2011 after Kutcher was said to have cheated on his wife of six years.
He said at the time of announcing their divorce, “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail."
Huffington Post reports that Willis married Heming in 2009 and they have a 1 year old daughter.
Willis and Moore have three kids; Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
