Icona Pop posts new single and release new album date (audio)

Icona pop released the title, date, and album art for their debut album This Is. . . Icona Pop on Tuesday.

This Is. . . Icona Pop is set for release on Sept. 24 through Record Company Ten/Big Beat Records MTV reports.

Their single “I Love It” went double platinum and sold over 2 million copies. The song has been covered many times including by artist Robin Thicke and Titus Andronicus.

The Swedish duo said, “It feels like we got a lot of good music coming up. Of course its pressure, but I’m more inspired I think, and now we can show people what we have to offer.”

A new single titled “All Night” was also released on Tuesday. The duo sings, “With love this deep, we don’t need no sleep/We can do this all night,” in unison.

Icona Pop is heading out on their first North American tour starting on Aug. 2 with support from K.Flay and Sirah Billboard reports.

“All Night” is available on iTunes. Date for the tour can be found on Icona Pop’s website.
