While this week's trailer isn't exactly brand new (it's been shown in theaters for a few weeks now), it's certainly funny enough to take another look at. Based on one of the skits from the Jackass movies, Johnny Knoxville returns to the big screen as Irving Zisman, the 86 year old titular grandpa who is possibly the worst guardian of all time. This marks the first skit from a Jackass movie to be expanded to it's own film, and hopefully it won't be the last.
The trailer highlights some of the "family friendly" scenes, aka the ones that can be shown on TV and in trailers in theaters. It introduces Irving and his grandson Billy while they are driving across the country so Irving can drop Billy off at his dad's house. What happens from there is a sort of mix of Jackass-type stunts and skits and Borat-type reactions from unsuspecting people that are being filmed. The trailer is capped off with Irving entering Billy into a Toddlers & Tiaras pageant, with absolutely hilarious results.
Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa is set to be released on October 25.
