After 10 months of being on the market, Madonna finally sold her Beverly Hills mansion.
According to TMZ, Madonna first listed the house she bought with ex-husband Guy Ritchie at $22.5 million in January. The place just sold for $20 million – giving Madonna an $8 million profit from when she bought it. The new owner of the house is reportedly a rich Wall Street banker.
The mansion has a whopping 15 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, a 2-story dining room, pool, movie theater, tennis court and a gym. The 17,000 square foot place is hidden by all the big trees lining the property lines.
The 55-year-old still owns properties in London and New York, but is looking for another home in Los Angeles as well. The singer is looking to settle down with her four children, Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy. ContactMusic.com reports that one of Madonna's New York apartments was also on the market , shortly after the Beverly Hills mansion was for sale.
