Garth Brooks gushes over wife Trisha Yearwood on 'Ellen'

Garth Brooks gushed over wife Trisha Yearwood during a recent taping of the Ellen DeGeneres show. The amount of love spilled on the stage was reminiscent of Tom Cruise’s famous jumping on the couch scene on Oprah Winfrey. While there was no couch jumping, the amount of gushing could have some eyes rolling.
According to Ace Showbiz Garth Brooks stopped by the show on Friday November 29, 2013 and poured out his love for wife Trish Yearwood, “ I've got to tell you, I never knew it could be like this. I never knew that everyday you could wake up and feel like this. And I have God and I have Ms. Yearwood to thank for this,”
Fox News reports that Brooks was married to college sweetheart Sandy Mahl when he first met Yearwood. The couple had 3 daughters before divorcing in 2000. Brooks and Yearwood starting dating shortly after.
Although Brook states that Yearwood’s biggest talent is singing, he is also proud of her other accomplishments with her cooking show on The Food Network and her three published cookbooks.
