Most would think that standing next to a Victoria’s Secret fashion model would lower their confidence level- just a tad. But, not Taylor Swift. Swift walked the runway at the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show last week with as much confidence as one of the models themselves.
Swift sang her hit, ‘Trouble’ when the runway transformed into a winter wonderland.
The 23-year-old wore a slim fit silver dress covered in jewels, and in a gorgeous dress like that, who wouldn’t stand out?
While Swift brought an energizing feel to the runway, her personality and bubbly confidence made the performance one to remember. As Swift walks down the runway next to a model nearly matching her silver sparkled outfit, it becomes easy to blur the line between the VS models and the performer.
Even though her performance seemed to be a hit, some Victoria’s Secret models have revealed that they weren’t fans of walking the runway with the singer.
“I think, you know what, god bless her [Taylor Swift] heart. I think she’s great,” model, Jessica Heart said to Women’s Wear Daily during the runway show’s after party. “But, I don’t know, to me, she didn’t fit. I don’t know if I should say that.”
