Duck Dynasty is getting their patriarch back. Phil Robertson was suspended for remarks he made in an interview with GQ concerning his religious belief. Now Robertson will be returning to filming in the spring.

Melville House and Fantagraphics are looking at the possibility of seeking legal action over Shia LaBeouf’s plagiarism of the novel The Little Girl and the Cigarette. Neither publisher has spoken to LaBeouf about the plagiarism claim yet.
Justin Bieber claimed he was retiring on Christmas Eve but now his management team is saying he is definitely not leaving the music business. COO of ScooterBraun Projects, Scott Manson, said Bieber is not retiring and plans to record next year.
