Allison Williams, who stars in the hit HBO show, Girls, is reportedly engaged to long time boyfriend, Ricky Van Veen.
According to MTV.com, the 25-year-old actress confirmed her engagement to her boyfriend who co-founded websites like CollegeHumor and Vimeo this past Wednesday.
The two have been dating since 2011 and apparently met through mutual friends.
The actress told Glamour Magazine in its March issue that she really wants to eventually be a mom, People Magazine reports.
Williams told the mag, “My goal is to create a career I can walk away from and become a mom.”
“I’d love to be a mom – and not have to bring my kids into the trailer… or a balance [of both]. But you’ve [got to] call it on the fly to a certain extent,” she said.
Her insight gives a different approach to stardom adding, “If you go into acting for love of the craft and you dodge the fame aspect, it’s more sustainable.”
Congrats to the happy couple, now let’s see if her Girls character, Marnie, will find some love, too.
