Quentin Tarantino plans to revamp leaked script

It has been confirmed, The Hateful Eight will be the next Quentin Tarantino film, but he will not let the news out without a twist. After staging a reading of the leaked script, the writer-director made it known he will rewrite parts of the script.

The sold out Los Angeles crowd of 1,200 watched a group of star Tarantino film veterans, Samuel L. Jackson, Kurt Russell, Walton Goggins, Tim Roth, Michael Madsen, Zoë Bell, and more, act out the script in Los Angeles with critical reviews from the director. They rehearsed for three days but during their live performance they heard some critiques from Tarantino, the perfectionist.

In response to his material being leaked earlier this year, he told viewers, "I’m working on a second draft and I will do a third draft." The story splits into numerous chapters in which Tarantino promises to change around, reports The Verge.

"The Chapter 5 here will not be the Chapter 5 later, so this will be the only time it is seen ever,” said Tarantino, according to Deadline.

Since spoilers have been passed around, he wants to tweak the script in order to hold some curiosity. At first, the distraught and upset director had plans to cancel the film all together but decided to ditch that plan and rewrite a few sections.

Still a long ways from theaters, the 177-minute-long script will be transformed slightly. So get ready, Tarantino fans—even if you read the leaked spoilers, it won’t be what you expect.
