The Black Keys to perform on 'Saturday Night Live'

The Black Keys have a busy week ahead of them—just three days after they release their new album “Turn Blue,” they will be the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on May 10th.

The episode will be hosted by Charlize Theron and will possibly feature “Turn Blue,” psychedelic slow jam, and “Fever” by The Black Keys.

“We are always trying to push ourselves when we make a record — not repeat our previous work but not abandon it either," drummer Patrick Carney said. "On this record, we let the songs breathe and explored moods, textures and sounds. We’re excited for the world to hear Turn Blue," reports MTV News.

After their busy week comes to an end, The Black Keys will hit the road to headline the Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama on May 16th. Shortly after, they’ll continue on to play a plethora of European Festivals.

Their May 10th performance on Saturday Night Live will mark their third time on the show and their first time since 2011, according to Rolling Stone.

St. Vincent is also being scoped out to perform on the popular late night comedy. She’ll make her debut on May 17th, the last episode of the season, which will be hosted by Andy Samberg.
