People on Twitter love to talk about television shows. From sharing their support for a show, to calling for its renewal, reacting to the latest events and plot twists, or engaging in debates over something that happened in it, television is one of the biggest topics of discussion on the social media platform.
And everyone--from average Joes to people of varying degrees of celebrity--takes part in that discussion. On Monday, May 19, celebrities were particularly vocal about hit Monday night reality competition shows The Voice and Dancing With the Stars.
Other celebrity tweets were of a more typical kind--sharing photos, making comments or observations, and promoting their work. However, for some, this week's promotional tweets were about saving their shows rather than simply just drumming up attention for the sake of it.
In addition, celebrity tweets on May 19 included thoughts about recent news--entertainment and otherwise.
Without further ado, here are the top celebrity tweets from the day.
