Celebrities react to their Emmys wins on Twitter

Last nights Emmys gave us everything we were expecting: surprises, upsets, and an overall entertaining show. With Breaking Bad and Modern Family taking home the awards for Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Comedy Series, respectively, social media blew up throughout the show as fans expressed their thoughts on the list of winners.

On any other day, celebrities would usually turn to social media to post about what they are up to, provide random thoughts, and promote upcoming appearances. However, the Emmys have allowed for social media to become a forum for entertainment industry professionals to express their gratitude to fans for their overwhelming support.

While there are definitely more Emmy losers than there are winners, many celebrities turned to social media, particularly Twitter and Instagram, to post pictures of their recent additions to their growing trophy shelf. Although the Emmys winners list is fairly long, we have compiled some Tweets and Instagrams that actors, writers, directors, and networks have shared in honor of their Emmy wins!
