On Monday (8/18), Taylor Swift will have her worldwide Live Stream in NYC. She will be holding this live stream through a partnership she has with Yahoo! as we previously reported. Billboard believes that Swift is using the live stream to debut her new single from her upcoming 5th album. The album doesn’t have a release date and fans are already super excited. In the meantime, they can watch Swift live on MTV’s Video Music Awards on August 24. Recently, Swift was on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon where she talked to Fallon about the VMAs.

Pharrell Williams has had a great year and it keeps getting better for him. Williams has put together the soundtrack for the upcoming video game NBA 2K15 as we previously reported. Some of the bands on the 27-song soundtrack include Afrika Bambaataa & Soulsonic Force, Basement Jaxx, Death From Above 1979, and Major Lazer. Watch out for the video game on October 7th.

On Twitter, a music video for one of Michael Jackson’s songs debuted. “A Place With No Name” is Jackson’s 2nd single from his recently released posthumous album, Xscape. The song is similar to 1971’s hit “A Horse With No Name” but with changed lyrics and an added dance beat as we previously reported. All the tracks on Jackson’s Xscape features unused vocals provided by Jackson himself before he died. The album was released in May.
