Floyd Mayweather being sued by ex-fianceé

The boxer just can’t shake the scandal; Floyd Mayweather is now being sued by his ex-fiancé Shantel Jackson after she accused him of attacking her on multiple occasions, even going as far as pulling a gun out on her.

Jackson alleges that she was first attacked by Mayweather back in 2012 after he was released from jail in a separate domestic violence case, TMZ reports . Jackson alleged that Mayweather choked her and took her phone away to look through it after an argument broke out between the two.
Jackson then alleged that a second incident occurred last year when Mayweather grabbed her arm, restrained her, and then pointed a gun at her foot and asked her which toe she wanted him to shoot according to TMZ . She then says that Mayweather asked for her diamond engagement ring back at gunpoint.
Even though no charges were ever filed after these incidents allegedly took place, Jackson is now suing the famous boxer for numerous things, including assault, defamation, battery, harassment, and invasion of privacy Complex reports . Jackson is being represented by powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred who is famous for representing women in celebrity cases. Mayweather has yet to comment on the pending lawsuit.
