A controversial short film starring Lana Del Rey and Marilyn Manson was leaked last month and is finally being clarified by the rock star about his involvement.
The 2012 film, Sturmgruppe, starred the “Born to Die” singer and Manson along with Eli Roth. In it, Roth graphically holds down the singer and sexually assaults her as he forces her head into a pillow.

It was leaked last month.
However, despite a rep for Manson claiming that Manson did not shoot, direct or created the film for any of it for the Manson camp, the rock star recently came out and discussed what actually happened.
In an interview with NME, the singer said, “It wasn’t a Marilyn Manson video. The editor of the company that put it out was somebody who’s edited my videos, that video was something that was done with a camera that Eli [Roth], who’s my friend, and I both wanted to test out, so I let him test it out.”
He continued, “What they filmed was put in context seemingly as if it were a Marilyn Manson video, and that was in no way the intention.”
Some of the clips from the movie were used in the music video for “No Reflection,” but the rape seen was not included.
Manson told the site that he did want to actually make a video with Del Rey but gave up when it became “difficult.”
“Eli and I wanted to do a music video with her but she was being such a problem,” he said in the interview. “Although I still respect her, I’m friends with her. I just left, I was tired. I was not willing to make that part of the video.”
“Eli and I originally had intentions of making a video with her, but that is not the intention that is represented in that film clip because that is not what I filmed, not for my video,” he clarified.
