Old video of Nicki Minaj acting in high school surfaces for Britain's 'You Saw Them Here First'

A video of a young Nicki Minaj has surfaced and she was even a drama queen back in high school.

According to ABC News, the video that shows Nicki Minaj acting fiercfully in a drama class was hit a record of most views in one day.

The clip comes from the British TV series You Saw Them Here First and shows a less curvier Onika Maraj rehearsing a scene from a play.

She then throws a phone at her classmate.

People Magazine reports that her acting started off while attending Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts.

The 32-year-old rapper became a household name when her mix tapes began to drop in 2007. She is now considered Billboard’s most-charted female rapper in history, People reports.

While she was a dark-haired teenager with braids who studied art in school, Minaj may have also served as your waitress at Red Lobster.

In an interview with Jimmy Fallon on Dec. 17, Fallon asked the rap superstar what jobs she had prior to her hip-hop fame.

“I probably waited on people in this audience as a matter of fact,” she said laughing.

“So hi, if you’ve ever eaten at Red Lobster, I probably took your order.”
