The National Football Foundation made the announcement on Friday that 15 players and two coaches have made the cut, comprising of the College Football Hall of Fame class of 2015.
The headline names of the class are without a doubt former Nebraska linebacker Brian Bosworth and former Ohio State coach Jim Tressel.
Tressel's induction comes with some controversy due to the hot water he found himself in at Ohio State during the year's with quarterback Terrelle Pryor.
Regardless though, Tressel is extremely happy to be inducted, via Martin Rickman:
"To be inducted alongside such a distinguished group of players and coaches, and to join the previously elected members, is certainly humbling."
Tressel won a National Championship with Ohio State and four Division 1-AA National Championships with Youngstown State.
Not only does Tressel's name come under scrutiny, but Bosworth has also had a checkered past in the college ranks.
