Check out Chvrches' unique take on Justin Timberlake's 'Cry Me A River'

Electronic band Chvrches scored an international success with their album The Bones of What You Believe, which features all original tracks. But while on BBC Radio 1 this week, they decided to take on a pop classic and rebuilt it to fit their own unique sound.

The group, make up of singer Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook and Martin Doherty, played Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me A River” and it sounds incredible.

Chvrches has performed other covers in the past, including Seal’s “Crazy” and Fleetwood Mac’s “Go Your Own Way.” As Pitchfork notes, the group is working on their second album.

Their first album was released in 2013 and featured the hit single “The Mother We Share.”
