Cindy Crawford appears in unretouched photos of herself wearing lingerie, giving a more accurate portrayal of how the 48-year-old supermodel is aging.
The images are for a shoot she did for Marie Claire Mexico and Latin America back in 2013 and it’s confirmed the unretouched photo was leaked. However, both the publication and Crawford have embraced it and it’s had a spiraling effect of honesty on social media.
It was first leaked on Friday on ITV News anchor Charlene White on Twitter, who praised Crawford.
“Cindy Crawford's April spread in Marie Claire features 100% non-retouched photos. Take a bow Ms. C,” she wrote and many agreed.
Marie Clarie responded by shooting down the rumor it will appear in the April issue, but did write “No matter where the photo came from, it’s an enlightenment. We’ve always known Crawford was beautiful, but seeing her like this only makes us love her more.”
Her husband, Rande Gerber, posted another stunning photo of her in a bikini for Valentine’s Day, writing, “She got flowers and I got her. Happy Valentines Day @cindycrawford.”
