Emma Stone has wardrobe malfunction on Oscars red carpet

Emma Stone had a wardrobe malfunction on the Oscars red carpet, accidentally lifting up her Elie Saab gown to reveal her underwear.

Stone, who was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Birdman, didn’t seem to notice the malfunction while walking around with her nude underwear exposed.

E! Online reports Stone, 26, had a thigh-high slit in her gown and in an attempt to avoid tripping she held it up to stay way from her shoes. However, she held it up a tad bit too high.

Stone had a lighter moment on the red carpet when she met up with friend Jennifer Aniston. The Cake star picked her up and they proved they weren’t taking themselves too seriously on such an important night.

Despite Stone losing to Patricia Arquette, Birdman took home the Oscar for Best Picture and Alejandro G. Iñárritu won for Best Director. The film also took home awards for Cinematography and Original Screenplay.
