As we reported earlier, Lindsay Lohan was due in court today on behalf of her community service hours.
The actress who is still battling probation issues from a 2012 reckless driving charge, was attempting to have the judge approve of her “community service” hours that she earned while in London. However, there’s a catch. The hours were possibly not even going to count as the prosecutor in Lohan’s case didn’t consider her work true community service. Also, there were rumors that Lindsay had a financial donation given to the CSV, in return for them falsifying her service hours.
Lindsay has since faced the judge and, according to TMZ, did not earn community service credit for her work in London. While the case took place mostly in private quarters, it is said the judge called Lohan’s work “unacceptable.”
Not only were the New Yorker’s hours not accepted, she was given an additional 125 hours to complete for her probation case.
Let’s hope they don’t send her to do more service at the L.A. County Morgue!
