Official poster for 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' packs in the superheroes

The first official poster for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron has hit the web and it packs in as many superheroes as possible into one image.

Like the poster for the first Avengers film, a mask-less Captain America (Chris Evans) and a helmet-less Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) are front and center. There’s also Thor (Chris Hemsworth) holding up his hammer, The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) looking angry and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) with his bow and arrow out. Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) are also squeezed in there.

Two new characters, the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor Johnson) are also hanging in there. It does look like the silhouette of Vision (Paul Bettany) can be seen among the evil Ultron (voiced by James Spader) robots in the sky.

The most recent trailer for the film was released back in January, highlighting how Ultron becomes a major danger to the world.

“The scope is bigger. We have more to work with,” writer/director Joss Whedon told Fandango in December. “We have a bigger world to work with and a bigger world for [the Avengers] just to be in. Once they exist as a team, we have to deal with what everybody thinks about that, and what that means to the world. So it's not as simple as it was.”
