Giuliana Rancic has revealed some interesting tidbits about her past relationship with actor Jerry O’Connell, writing in her book Going Off Script that he cheated on her with Geri Halliwell and his now-wife, Rebecca Romijn.
Before she married Bill Rancic in 2007, the E! News co-anchor dated O’Connell in 2003-2004.
“I was being two-timed for one of the lesser Spices?” she wrote about the Spice Girls singer, known as Ginger Spice, Page Six reports.
She continued to write when she confronted him about cheating, he had “as much emotion as the customer-service representative who tells you your bags missed the flight.”
They got back together after his indiscretion, but it didn’t last long. In 2004, he flirted with Romijn at the Maxim 100 Hottest Women party and left Rancic a week later.
“Little did I know he was in the VIP area, talking up Rebecca. As a prelude to feeling up Rebecca,” she wrote, admitting they even discussed marriage while dating.
He wouldn’t return her phone calls and even refused to see her when she showed up at his home. She recalls him telling her, “Nope. Sorry, homegirl. Things change, but you take care, OK?”
Just Jared reports he went on to marry Romijn in 2007, who he shares twin girls, Dolly and Charlie, with.
