Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco settle contentious divorce, will share custody of daughter

Actor Jeremy Renner and his estranged wife Sonni Pacheco have reached a divorce settlement, which includes joint custody of their 2-year-old daughter.

Pacheco filed for divorce in December after just 10 months of marriage. She had asked for spousal support for their daughter, Ava Berlin. The divorce battle then took an ugly turn last month, when Renner claimed that Pacheco threatened to show off his private videos if he didn’t marry her to help her get a green card.

There was supposed to be a hearing today over custody, but The Associated Press reported this morning that they reached a settlement. The two will share custody of Ava. People reports that Renner agreed to pay $13,000 a month in child support.

Renner will next be seen as Hawkeye in Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron and Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation. He is best known for his Oscar-nominated performances in The Town and The Hurt Locker. He also recently starred in American Hustle and Kill The Messenger.
