Suzanne Somers dedicates 'Dancing With The Stars' performance to John Ritter

Dancing With The Stars got emotional last night when actress Suzanne Somers and her partner Tony Dovolani did a dance she dedicated to the late John Ritter.

According to USA Today, the dancing couple were doing a Foxtrot while the theme for Three Company’s played in the background. The television show, which ran from 1977 to 1984, starred Somers alongside actress Joyce DeWitt and actor John Ritter, who passed away in 2003.

Us Weekly reported that during the pre-taped segment of the show, Somers talked about her time with the actor, who she had been in a feud with until they made amends before he died. She said, “This one’s for you, John.”

An image posted on Instagram showed Ritter and Somers in happier times and she captioned the sweet image, “A legendary comedian and even dearer friend. I love you, John.”

A dispute over salary was reportedly the reason for the feud, but in 2011, Somers told the ladies on The Talk she had fixed her issues with Ritter before his death.

Check out the amazing and emotional performance.
