Ray Palmer and Felicity Smoak arrive in Central City to get the team’s help. Ray’s supersuit is having issues, so Cisco works with him to figure out what the problem is. As they work together, Ray says something to Cisco that triggers a memory for him. The young man is confused as he remembers being murdered by the Reverse-Flash. He doesn’t share this with anyone for a time, instead trying to deal with these memories on his own.
The metahuman, or robotics scientist, this week is Brie Larvan, a young woman who was fired from Mercury Labs for trying to make robotic bees for military use. She went after two former Lab scientists who spoke against her before attempting to go after Tina McGee, the woman who has a rivalry with Dr. Wells. After they work to save her, Tina gives Barry information that could help him with his investigation into Wells.
Barry spends the episode withdrawn and confused, as he doesn’t know whether he can trust Caitlin and Cisco with his suspicions. Felicity gets him to share what his problem is and he finally talks to her. She is instrumental in leading him to the right decision on telling them. When he makes the decision, he hears from Cisco on a memory he didn’t know he had.
In another subplot, Eddie and Iris are having issues because Eddie won’t tell her about Barry. She knows he is hiding something and even when Barry tries to help her see Eddie’s point of view, she still has her own feelings about what she needs to know. This episode brought us closer and closer to Barry finding out more about Harrison Wells and Reverse-Flash. Check out our top moments from “All Star Team Up.”

1. Telling Caitlin and Cisco
Barry and Joe make the decision to bring Caitlin and Cisco in to their findings on Dr. Wells. Barry tells them about what he has gathered about the Reverse-Flash and Dr. Wells. Tina also had told Barry that Harrison had been a great person but then changed after his wife died. We don’t know if Barry has made the connection the audience knows about, but it is obvious Caitlin has a hard time believing this is possible. But then Cisco tells him about the dreams he has been having about Wells being Reverse-Flash and that he is killed.
