According to Billboard, videos featuring the hashtag “#BeyoncéAlwaysOnBeat” occurred over Memorial Day weekend. The hashtag quickly became mainstream as fans combined footage of Beyoncé’s dancing with popular songs from different genres, proving that she is, literally, always on beat.
These fan-made videos have appeared on several social medias including Twitter and Vine. Clips have been taken from various performances and music videos throughout the singer’s career and are dubbed with non-Beyoncé music.
One of the most popular #BeyoncéAlwaysOnBeat features Queen Bey dancing to the Mexican song “La Chona.” By Los Tucanes De Tijuana. In the Vine, Beyoncé flawlessly keeps up to the upbeat tune, which uses footage from her music video for “Drunk In Love.”
Another #BeyoncéAlwaysOnBeat favorite features Beyoncé dancing to Gospel music. In the six-second video, Beyoncé doesn’t miss a beat to Hezekiah Walker’s gospel classic “Sold Out.”
Beyoncé has had her share of Internet breakage lately. She recently sent the Internet in a with the premiere of her and Nicki Minaj’s buzz worthy music video for their hit single “Feeling Myself” and also when the teaser for her rumored collaboration with Drake was released, as noted by Vibe.
