The Real Housewives of New Jerseystar Teresa Giudice is continuing to loose the posh lifestyle she was used to before prison.
On Tues., the Associated Press reported the reality star, 43,
pre-negotiated an agreement that government will take a portion of her earnings and seize a vehicle to satisfy the court-ruled judgement against her and her husband, Joe. The government paperwork explaining this deal was dated in December.
The RHONJ star must give the government 25 percent of her Bravo salary and her 2005 Maserati. The money and the car is meant to help satisfy the $415,589 judgement.
The money and the car is not all that the government will be getting. According to Us Weekly , the government will also get half of the rent from the family's Lincoln Park, N.J. rental property and home furnishings from their main home in Montville, N.J.
"We are in good standing with the government," James Leonard, Jr., Giudice's lawyer, explained to the popular magazine. "All the debts will be paid in full. There has been nothing new seized from the home and nothing else will be seized from them."
Giudice and her husband pleaded guilty to federal fraud charges last year. She is serving a 15-month sentence in Danburry, Conn. The mom of Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milani, 9, and Audriana, 5, will return home to her family later this year. Husband Joe Guidice will begin serving his own 41-month sentence when Teresa is home.
