Ariana Grande will not face charges in donutgate

Ariana Grande has one less problem to worry about.

The owner of Wolfee Donuts has declined to press criminal charges against the pop singer, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

Police met with the owner of the donut shop in Lake Elsinore, California after a report of deliberate food tampering. Grande visited the shop on July 4 around 11:30 p.m. Security camera footage leaked online and immediately went viral. The video depicted the "Break Free" singer and one of her backup dancers licking donuts on the display shelf.

Grande apologized for her behavior twice, initially through a written statement and later in a video uploaded to her YouTube account.

The donut shop received a B rating from the health inspector, according to People.

"We got a B because the donuts were on top of the tray and we were actually stocking up. My employees kept going in the back and grabbing some more," explained owner Joe Marin. "We already fixed all the problems."

Grande's The Honeymoon Tour will resume this Thursday in Tampa, Florida.
