Get ready for the most exciting – and possibly strangest – boyband reunion ever.
Members of the Backstreet Boys and *NSYNC are teaming up for Dead 7, an upcoming Western zombie movie for Syfy, according to People.
Backstreet Boy Nick Carter will write, direct and star in the film alongside his wife, Lauren Kitt. His bandmate AJ McLean and *NSYNC member Joey Fatone will also have starring roles.
The three 90's boyband members announced the project at Comic-Con in San Diego last weekend.
Carter and Fatone will play the film's heroes and McLean will star as an apprentice to the villain, according to BuzzFeed.
"Dead 7 is the story of a ragtag band of gunslingers who must rid a small town of a zombie plague in a post-apocalyptic West," read a press release sent to The Today Show. "Carter will play Jack, the reluctant hero who unites the outlaws to face the zombie menace."
