Billboard is joining the music festival scene with this summer's first ever Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival.
The Weeknd, Skrillex, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne are headlining the festival. Justin Bieber will also make a special guest performance, likely to perform "Where Are Ü Now" during Skrillex's set.
Another surprise guest is scheduled to perform, but Billboard has yet to announce who. The name is blurred out on the official poster.
The festival will be at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh, New York on August 22-23.
Kygo, Jason Derulo, The Chainsmokers, Fetty Wap, Kiesza and The Maine are among the other artists performing, some on two nearby smaller stages on the beach.
"It's an honor to be able to extend the Billboard brand into the festival space and we feel that Jones Beach is the perfect location to create something truly unique and unforgettable," said Billboard Co-President John Amato.
MasterPass by MasterCard is offering a pre-sale for tickets, starting July 13. All tickets will go on sale July 16 at 10 a.m. on Live Nation.
