Get ready to add a new song to your summer playlist, courtesy of Demi Lovato.
The singer just released her new single “Cool For The Summer” on Wednesday and it’s Demi like you’ve never heard her before.
Lovato has found a sexy new sound to go along with her mature persona. The former Disney darling’s new song features some colorful and tasty lyrics.
“Shhhh… don’t tell your mother/ Got my mind on your body/ And your body on my mind/ Got a taste for the cherry/ I just need to take a bite.”
She hinted at what to expect in her new song when she announced she would be dropping her fun new single last week by posting the single’s artwork on Twitter.

Lovato can be seen looking fierce in a cutout neon one-piece bathing suit with her jet-black hair gelled back, showing off her sultry pout. She completes her wet and wild look with a purple fur jacket and strappy heels.
The pop star gave fans another sweet treat. She shared a teaser for the song’s music video via Instagram.
“Cool For The Summer” will be featured on Lovato’s upcoming fifth album, which has yet to be given a release date or a title.
