Kevin Bacon raises money for Give Kids The World Village charity through ice cream eating contest

Kevin Bacon started the six-second ice cream eating challenge where one eats as much ice cream as they can for six seconds. Bacon decides to put his ice cream eating skills to the test and challenges one lucky kid.

Bacon joined up with an organization called Six Degrees.org, which helps to connect people to different charity organizations.

Six Degrees.org lets celebrities know about good causes that they should be a part of or if they are near local organizations.

In this case, Bacon was contacted by Six Degrees.org to tell him about a charity called Give Kids The World.

The organization is located near Central Florida, and its purpose is to raise money to allow kids with life-threatening illnesses to go on fun family vacations for free.

In order to gain support, Bacon spread awareness by beginning the ice cream challenge.

Whoever eats the most ice cream gets bragging rights while the loser has to donate $6 to the charity, reports People.

“Ethan here thinks he can eat more ice cream than me,” challenges the actor. Little did he know that Ethan had a trick up his sleeve, “I never had a chance,” admits the defeated Bacon.
