Top 10 Finn Hudson group performances in memory of Cory Monteith

Two years ago, Glee fans, including myself, were stunned and brokenhearted when actor Cory Monteith passed away at the age of 31. His death left a void in the show as his character, Finn Hudson, was basically the glue that held everyone together. He was a kindhearted, gentle actor who faced many demons and yet tried to make others happy with his outgoing nature and sparkling personality.

In the episode “The Quarterback,” Finn’s brother, Kurt Hummel, does a voice over talking about how he wants to focus on how his brother lived and not how he died. In a way, it rings true for Cory because despite the tragic circumstances surrounding his death, he did so much good for the people who loved and admired him.

Every year since his death, his fans and co-stars have memorialized him in various ways. On Twitter, the hashtag #2YearsWithoutCory symbolizes the love and memories fans have of him to this day.

When Glee finished its final episode, they ended with an image of Finn’s memorial plaque, showing that he was still inside the heart of the show and the people who loved him.

In honor of his memory, TheCelebrityCafe.com is counting down the top performances from his character, Finn Hudson, in the show with other cast members in various group performances.
