Actor Ice-T and his wife Coco Austin recently announced they were expecting and today, they revealed not only the baby’s sex, but what they planned on naming their first child.

As previously reported, the couple announced their pregnancy news a week ago. The couple have been together for 15 years and the decision of starting a family was in Coco’s hands since Ice-T not only has two other children, but he is a grandfather as well.
People reported that during the premiere episode of their newest talk show, titled Ice and Coco, they revealed how far along Coco is in her pregnancy. The 36-year-old mother-to-be revealed she is “21 weeks” and the due date is in December.
Then, the Law & Order: SVU actor told the audience that their baby’s name is Chanel. Ice-T is already a father to two children, who are now adults. Their names are Tracy and Letesha.
Coco told the audience that finding out about her pregnancy was so emotional that when she went to tell her husband while “bawling, screaming” he thought it was bad news instead.
Initially told that she had a high-risk pregnancy because she had high blood pressure, Coco worked to turn her body into a “healthy zone.” She said that “It’s a miracle how life can happen.”
