A bully at a school in California got a taste of his own medicine after he punched a partially blind student in the face.
In a video uploaded to YouTube the bully, Noah, can be seen hitting Austin, the blind student, before another student named Cody Pines intervenes and knocks the aggressor to the ground. On top of that, Noah was arrested and is now being charged with battery.
Pines, who has been hailed as a hero by many after the video went viral, spoke to FOXLA about defending Austin against Noah.
"I really didn't want to hit him, but when you punch a blind kid, that's what made me so mad," Pines said. "I've always watched videos of bullies beating up kids and getting away with it and to me...I've always been the kid that says 'If that ever happens with me around...it's never going to go down like that.”
And that was case on Wednesday.
As for Noah, he has since been released to his parents. Authorities said a verbal altercation between him and Austin during lunch was likely the motive for his violence.
