I Am Cait premiered in July and ran for eight episodes this summer, documenting Jenner’s many firsts as a woman.

A source told BuzzFeed the show was picked up for a second season, although E! has not made the official announcement just yet.

The show premiered to 2.7 million viewers and declined from then on, but the season finale ended with 1.3 million viewers.

Jenner came out as transgender to Diane Sawyer back in April and made her debut as a woman on the cover of Vanity Fair soon after. The interview with Sawyer was groundbreaking and pulled in a whopping 17 million viewers.

Jenner reflected on her journey as the first season of I Am Cait came to an end on her website. She also tweeted, “I've learned so much this season! Looking forward to continuing the journey.”
