Jimmy Fallon might have his lip synching, but James Corden has his Carpool Karaoke. Last night’s Late Late Show featured another music superstar in a car, but he couldn't drive.
Last night’s Carpool Karaoke featured Stevie Wonder, who was surprisingly ready to drive at the beginning. Corden had to convince him that this was not a good idea, which started some squabbling between the two. Eventually, Wonder decided to swap seats and Corden took the wheel.
The two sang to some of Wonder’s most popular songs, before Corden took his phone out and called his wife. He gave the phone to Wonder, who started singing “I Just Called To Say I Love You” and Corden’s wife was stunned to say the least.
Wonder appeared on the Late Late Show to plug his fall tour, where he will perform all of Songs of the Key of Life.
