Reese Witherspoon competed in a terrifying stunt with Best Time Ever host Neil Patrick Harris on Tuesday by racing up 15 stories before zip-lining back down.
ET noted that both Witherspoon, 39, and Harris, 42, looked uneasy as a crane carried them up several stories.
"That was insane, that was way higher than I thought it would be," the host commented.
Witherspoon, who admitted she was a little scared of heights, wasn’t too happy with what seemed like an endless ride through the air either.
On the way up she told Harris, "Neil, I am going to bury you.”
She also joked that he wasn’t getting a Christmas gift from her this year.
During their race on the sky-high structure they remained neck and neck for a good portion of the time. In the end though Harris beat Witherspoon by zip-lining to the ground first.
The new NBC variety show will feature the Tony Award-winning actor performing a number of stunts, pranks and skits. It is based off the British television hit Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway.
The show airs Tuesday nights on NBC.
