'South Park' season 19 premiere 'Stunning and Brave' will be about Caitlyn Jenner

South Park always loves to tackle big news stories and controversial issues, and for the Season 19 premiere, the boys will cover the Caitlyn Jenner case.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Comedy Central has released an extremely brief plot description for the Season 19 premiere that simply reads, “The boys express respect for Caitlyn Jenner." The episode, which airs on September 16, will be titled “Stunning and Brave." Comedy Central also released a vague image of the premiere in which a seriously injured Cartman recovers in a hospital bed.

Of course, South Park can't resist covering more than one news story per episode, and so "Stunning and Brave" will also take on the Deflategate fiasco based on this clip released via Comedy Central where Cartman declares that he's going to "Tom Brady this thing."

Although South Park is noted for being extremely crude, if you were expecting Trey Parker and Matt Stone to take on the topic of Caitlyn Jenner in an offensive way, they actually did air an episode last year about transgender issues which was rather respectful and poignant. Presumably, they'll be taking the theme of that episode to its logical conclusion in this premiere.

South Park is now entering its 19th season, and fans can look forward to many more years of Parker and Stone's series, as Comedy Central recently renewed the show up until Season 23, as we previously reported.
