Viral Vine sensation ‘Why You Always Lying’ gets full-length music video (Video)

A few weeks ago, Nicholas Fraser uploaded a Vine video that has since become a viral sensation. It’s a pretty simple clip, just showing him standing on a toilet outside, singing, “Why you always lyin’?” and twisting the Next hit “Too Close.” For those who can’t get enough of the original video, Fraser has created a full-length music video.

Fraser’s original Vine earned over 456,000 likes and 240,800 revines. The video was even dubbed the “Song of the Summer” even though it’s just seconds long. So on Monday, he posted a full, four-minute video on YouTube.

The 21-year-old explained the creation of the original Vine in an interview with Complex and revealed that a member of Next even contacted him.

“Yeah one commented on the video which surprised me, I thought they'd be upset but they thanked me,” Fraser said. “I wish I had the actual comment to show you, it was a good appreciated one.”
