The 2015-2016 television season officially kicked off last night, with the return of The Voice and Gotham. Tonight things go into another gear as the networks hope to pull audiences in with plenty of new shows. To help you figure out what to watch, we’ll go through the new and returning shows.

CBS

The NCIS franchise returns tonight, with NCIS on at 8 p.m. and NCIS: New Orleans at 9 p.m. NCIS: NOLA is starting its sophomore season.

Following those two shows is Limitless at 10 p.m. Based on the Bradley Cooper movie of the same name, this show features Jake McDorman (star of last season’s short-lived Manhattan Love Story) as a man who takes a drug to gain special abilities. Cooper actually has a recurring role as the same character he played in the movie.

ABC

The Muppets return tonight at 8 p.m. The show has earned some mixed-to-negative reviews, but that probably won’t stop us Muppets fans from tuning in to see how much their favorite characters have changed.

The second season of Fresh Off The Boat follows The Muppets. A two-hour Dancing with the Stars episode begins at 9 p.m.

NBC

The peacock has no new shows starting tonight. The Voice is on again, followed by the second episode of Best Time Ever With Neil Patrick Harris.

Fox

Fox’s two-hour block is filled by the series premiere of Ryan Murphy’s new, star-studded horror comedy Scream Queens. There’s enough names in this show to attract every member of the family (especially those who can stand the sight of blood).
