The Associated Press noted that the home where Bruce Springsteen wrote the classic 1975 album could be yours as it is back up on the real estate market.

Currently, three Springsteen fans own the house, which they bought in 2009 and had planned on making into a tribute site for the music icon, however, those plans did not come to fruition.

The asking price for the house that holds the history is $299,000 and it is located in the Jersey shore town of Long Branch.

“We’d been to a couple of auctions where people paid a ridiculous amount of money for a signed guitar," said Jerry Ferrara, one of the owners. "To me, the house is better than that stuff. It’s the place where he wrote Born to Run.

Because of that, other fans do like to stop by from time to time. And you never know, maybe one day The Boss himself will feel nostalgic and visit his old place.
