According to E! News, the 13 Annual LA County Walk to Defeat ALS was a star-studded event. Singer Miley Cyrus was just one the many celebrities in attendance.

The “We Can’t Stop” singer helped lead an onstage warm-up with celebrity Pilates instructor Mari Winsor, who is fighting ALS herself.

"I'm already sweating," Cyrus said. "[Winsor] had us doing a happy warm-up and she kicked my ass once again. She's done it for years and she's already done it this morning and it's only 11!"

Celebrity publicist Nanci Ryder also had stars in her corner. Actress Reese Witherspoon was there with her husband Jim Toth and daughter Ava.

"I'm just happy to be here supporting Nanci but also just raising awareness and raising money for ALS," Witherspoon said. "There's so much that's not known about this disease and watching our friend progress every single week with something different and not know is so horrible.”

Other “Team Nanci” stars included Renée Zellweger, Courteney Cox and Daphne Zuniga.

Multiple celebrities, like Jennifer Aniston and Chris Pratt, came together to fight ALS through the Ice Bucket Challenge in 2014.
