Kevin Spacey joins new Edgar Wright film 'Baby Driver' with Jon Hamm, Jamie Foxx

Edgar Wright's newest film Baby Driver has just added yet another huge star to its cast.

According to Deadline, Kevin Spacey is in talks to join Baby Driver, Wright's fifth movie. It also stars Ansel Elgort, Jon Hamm, Jamie Foxx and Lily James.

The film will follow a crime boss (Spacey) who recruits a young getaway driver (Elgort) and gets him in a world of trouble after a failed heist. Spacey's character is described as a veteran criminal who has worked his way up the ladder.

The movie will be directed by Wright, who is known for Shawn of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and The World's End. He's writing the screenplay along with Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan, making this only the second Wright movie that Simon Pegg did not co-write.

Spacey is also in talks to join The Billionaire Boys Club, reports The Hollywood Reporter. In that, he is playing real life Beverly Hills high roller Ron Levin. Oddly enough, this movie will also star Elgort.

Wright was recently at the center of some controversy when he quit Marvel's Ant-Man due to creative differences with the studio last year. This was a huge surprise, as Wright had been working on Ant-Man in some form for years, but evidently he was not happy with Marvel's mandates and rewrites.
