In last night’s tearjerker of an episode, NCIS: New Orleans focused on the case of a stolen heart. When two paramedics are killed and one of them has their credentials stolen, it leads the team to a stolen heart that was originally supposed to be used for a transplant. The original donor is a young genius named Max Pinzon, who works for Agent Brody’s mom, Olivia, at DARPA.
It’s a race against time for the team, who must find the heart in time to be transplanted into Max otherwise it could be bad news for the young transplant recipient. There are plenty of twists and turns in this episode, and Patton Plame gets some attention when he works with Max to figure out who has his heart.
For Brody, working with her mom is difficult since it’s hard for her to figure out exactly what her mom feels about the case and how she is working on it. After an intense episode, let’s look at some of the major things that happened in “Broken Hearted.”
