Just a week after adding Michael Stuhlbarg to the cast, Marvel has booked another star for their upcoming film Doctor Strange.
According to The Wrap, Amy Landecker has been cast in Doctor Strange. The actress is known for her role as Sarah on the hit Amazon show Transparent, and she has also appeared in movies such as A Serious Man and Dan in Real Life.
We don't know who Landecker will play, although some fans are speculating she could be Lady Death. Speculation over this character's introduction popped up over the summer when director Scott Derrickson tweeted an image of Dr. Strange and Death. However, in the comics Lady Death rarely speaks and doesn't really appear that often, so it's unclear if Marvel would really need a big actress for that role.
Doctor Strange is Marvel's next film in their cinematic universe after Captain America: Civil War. It stars Benedict Cumberbatch as the titular neurosurgeon who is able to tap into a world of magic and alternate dimensions. The movie will also star Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Mads Mikkelsen, Tilda Swinton and Michael Stuhlbarg.

Doctor Strange hits theaters on November 4, 2016.
