Adele’s new hit song “Hello” has seen plenty of covers and now another one has been brought to the Internet via Vine user Brandon Zingale. This one features Napoleon from Napoleon Dynamite.
Entertainment Weekly reported the video shows Napoleon Dynamite (Jon Heder) on the phone with Adele in need of chapstick. However, Adele is not listening and proceeds to hang up on him, much to Napoleon's dismay.
The video begins with the song and follows with Napoleon asking for the chapstick. But when she hangs up, he groans and says, “Idiot!”
Another mashup that made the rounds thanks to Adele’s song was one created with Lionel Richie’s song with the same name. Richie himself saw the video and mentioned it on his Instagram page. So far it doesn’t appear Heder has seen the mashup.
A remix of Adele’s single also came from Rick Ross, who released it at the end of October. Adele released her single off of 25 in mid-October.
