Five months after announcing their split after two years of marriage, Chad Kroeger and Avril Lavigne reunited for a pre-Grammys party on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.
Lavigne and the Nickelback frontman posed for photos together on the red carpet at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala.
Their apparent reconciliation doesn’t appear to be anything they’re shying away from either because the “It’s Complicated” singer, 31, posted a photo of herself with her ex on Instagram from inside the party.
“Grammy Party ..... Feeling great. Lovely night,” she captioned the photo.
Kroeger and Lavigne first tied the knot in 2013. She announced their separation in September 2015.
“Through not only the marriage, but the music as well, we’ve created many unforgettable moments. We are still, and forever will be, the best of friends, and will always care deeply for each other,” they said in a statement at the time.
